Who doesn't love Raspberries and White Chocolate? Here's a quick and easy muffin recipe. One of my favorites.
Raspberry White Chocolate Muffins
1 1/2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
1/3 Cup White Sugar
1/3 Cup Brown Sugar
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
1/3 Cup Vegetable Oil
3 Tbps Shortening
1 Egg
2/3 Cup Milk
1 Tso Vanilla
6-8 oz Fresh Raspberries, Slightly frozen
1/2 White Chocolate Chips
Coconut Oil
Preheat oven to 400
Combine all dry ingredients and form a well.
Add Egg, Vegetable Oil, Shortening.
Add milk 1/3 at a time just to make sure its doesn't get too wet.
Add Vanilla
Fold in Raspberries and White Chocolate.
Coat pan with coconut oil
Add muffin mx.
Bake for 25 mins

Berry Smoothies
Berry Smoothies
1 cup Frozen Berries (Blackberry,Strawberry,Raspberry)
1/2 cup Chopped Ice
1/2 OJ
3/4 Vanilla Yogurt

Puffed Wheat Cereal Bars
A easy and quick recipe. Your kids will enjoy making with you. I got the original recipe from egglesscooking I did change it little.
Puffed Wheat Cereal Bars
4 1/2 Cups of Puffed Wheat Cereal
2 1/2 Cups of Puffed Kamut
3/4 Cups of Dried Chopped Cherries
3/4 Cups of Mini Chocolate Chips
3/4 Cups of PB
3/4 Cups of Honey
2 tbsp of Butter
In a large bowl mix Puffed Wheat Cereal, Puffed Kamut, Dried Chopped Cherries, and Mini Chocolate Chips.
In a small bow mix PB, Honey, and Butter, then melt.
Add liquid mix to dry mix and stir lightly.
Place is a lightly oiled 9x9 glass pan
Freeze for 30-45 minutes.
Can stay in fridge up to 5 days.
ENJOY!!

Morning Smoothies
Anyce has been asking for smoothies. So, I made her a smoothie this morning. They were delicious.
Morning Smoothies
1 cup Vanilla yogurt
1 cup cut Strawberries
1 cut up Banana
Handful of Raspberries
1/2 - 1 cup of Chopped Ice
Slash of OJ
Then use smoothie function on blender
Enjoy!
What to do with leftover smoothies?? Make Ice pops!

Breakfast Bars
You can make any type of bars you want with this recipe. My daughter loves to eat these bars for snacks. I cut these up into bars or little squares for my daughter.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
1 1/2 cups Cooking Oats
3/4 cup Wheat Flour
1/4 cup Wheat Germ
pinch of Salt
tsp of Cinnamon
1/2 cup Honey
1/3 cup Unsweetened Applesauce
1/4 cup Canola Oil
1 Egg
1 Egg white
any Dried Fruits/Nuts you want
(I did Walnuts,Cherries,Coconuts) topped with Strawberry Perserves
Any Perserves you like
Mix in a big bowl Cooking Oats,Wheat Flour,Wheat Germ,Salt & Cinnamon
Mix in a small bowl honey,Unsweetened Applesauce,Canola Oil,Egg,Egg white
Put wet mix in dry mix and fold together.
Add any Dried Fruits and or Nuts you want
Put in a lightly oiled 9x9 glass pan
Bake for 30 mins
Bake for 30 mins
While baking heat up Perserves on top of stove
Once you pull your bars out
Then coat you favorite Perserves on top lightly, let cool
